OV claims - England and Wales

Miscellaneous task and DNA packing and tagging claims for England and Wales

Background

Since 7 July 2017 all miscellaneous claims must be made by submitting an invoice. This process replaces the previous APHA self-billing system (GUIK) which has been decommissioned. Claim forms for the following payments are no longer in use:

  • OV Miscellaneous Claims Tasks
  • DNA Marking Tags - Official Veterinarian Monthly invoice sheet
  • DNA Marking Tags - Official Veterinarian Monthly Invoice Summary

The APHA Veterinarian authorising the task will add a note to the relevant Sam record.
