Samples should be tested for the presence of Koi Herpes Virus using your routine PCR method.
Interpretation of test results should be recorded, that is, whether the sample i.e. Positive, Negative or Inconclusive for Koi Herpes Virus.
The report form allows for the submission of results from two PCR methods when required.
The final report will be issued electronically. These will show the intended results, as well as the results from all other participants.
0.25mL lyophilised dilution of carp tissue homogenate (gill, kidney and/or spleen) containing inactivated Koi Herpes Virus. Negative samples may be included in the panel.
